Menus and design
Recover earlier work without surprising your guests.
Open in StudioA menu with at least one saved publication for history; schedules and screen assignments must be cleared before archiving.
Recovery changes a draft or creates an independent copy. Live menus stay unchanged until Publish. Archiving withdraws guest links.
The draft is your editable workspace. Publish turns its saved contents into the next numbered version. Guests and TVs use a saved version, while signed-in previews can show an unpublished draft. Menu version numbers belong to that menu only.
History begins with the first publication. Open a version to inspect its sections, items, serving prices, and historical availability.
Replacing a draft does not roll back the live menu. A recovered copy has its own link and leaves the original intact.
Before archiving, remove the menu from active or upcoming schedules and TV assignments. Archiving removes it from normal pickers, withdraws guest links—including venue-website links—and retains the draft and saved versions.
Open the archived-menus disclosure to restore it as a draft. Reassign TVs or schedules and publish guest access deliberately.
History contains published versions, not every keystroke. Imported sync relationships, keg tracking, translations, TV assignments, and schedules are not restored into copies.
Save or cancel current edits before recovery. If the menu changed in another tab, reload and review the latest state.
