What changes
AI results are saved as editable drafts and never publish automatically. Successful work consumes the quote; failed jobs return reserved credits.
How credits work
Credits belong to the organization, never expire, and are bought by owners in Credits. Each optional action obtains a server quote and shows the cost in credits before confirmation. Core venue tools remain Free at zero balance.
The service reserves the confirmed amount while work runs. A successful usable draft consumes it; a failed job returns it. Editing, publishing, hosting, and using retained results remain Free.
Available assistance
- Polish one description: 5 credits.
- Rewrite About copy or research missing beer details: 50 credits at the displayed scope.
- Create or revise a menu batch or image backing: 200 credits.
- Create header artwork: 75 credits with saved research; 125 for first-time or refreshed research.
- Translate menu wording: 50 credits per started 5,000 changed source characters per language.
- Design a custom theme with backdrop: 500 credits.
- Build a venue website draft with hero: 1,000 credits.
Always use the quote in Studio as the current authority for the exact requested scope.
Review before applying
AI invitations use outcome labels such as Draft my menu, Polish description, Design my menu, Build my website, Create artwork, Translate menu, and Research beer details. They explain what input is used and never start until an owner confirms the quote.
Results are editable drafts. AI never publishes, overwrites a changed source draft, or guarantees factual accuracy. Generated images are illustrations.
Failures and refunds
Leave a running job alone until its status resolves. If the page reconnects, reload the existing job rather than submitting another. Idempotent request IDs return the saved outcome for retries.
Saved artwork remains in the account library beyond recent job history and is reusable across menus and locations. Zero balance does not hide retained translations, copy, sites, themes, or artwork.
Flavor maps
Flavor map generation costs 500 credits ($5), including up to 50 current drinks and placement for 20 future drinks. Hosting and additional screens are Free.
Limits and boundaries
Action costs are shown in credits before confirmation. Credits never expire. Recent job history is bounded, while retained generated artwork remains reusable.
If something goes wrong
Do not restart a slow job blindly. Reload its status first; repeated request IDs return the saved outcome instead of charging twice.
