What changes
Team and branding changes apply to the account; each location keeps separate menus, screens, links, and Square connection.
Owners and staff
Staff can run menus, edit items, publish, customize, schedule screens, and use ordinary venue operations. Owners also manage membership, locations, billing, API keys, Square authorization, account themes, and branding.
- Open Settings.
- Enter the person’s email and choose Staff or Owner.
- Send the invitation. Access covers the organization’s active locations.
Keep at least one reachable owner. Promote only people who should control integrations, keys, credits, and other account-wide settings.
Manage locations
Open Locations to add or rename venues. A new location starts with an empty On Tap menu and one screen. Use the header switcher to move between locations.
Menus, screens, websites, links, schedules, keg levels, analytics, and Square connections belong to a location. Team access, the chosen account theme, saved artwork, credits, and branding preference are shared.
Branding and language
Settings shows whether Venue Menus branding appears on TV, web, QR, embed, print, and venue websites. Removing it costs 500 credits once and applies to current and future locations; it does not require a recurring plan.
The product-language switch changes Venue Menus controls in the current browser. It does not translate customer menu content. Use Translations to create and publish guest-facing menu wording.
Zero credits never pause locations, editing, publishing, hosting, or use of work already retained in the account.
Connected assistants (MCP)
Connect an assistant to work with your menus and venues. Access is Free and follows your current role and the permissions you grant. Set up an assistant connection.
Limits and boundaries
All locations and team invitations are Free. Branding removal costs 500 credits once per account.
If something goes wrong
If another owner changed the account, reload before retrying. Contact support if no owner can sign in.
