Venue Menus

TV beer menus

Digital beer menu boards built for real tap changes.

Put a readable, branded tap list on one TV or a wall of screens without exporting a new image every time a keg kicks. Venue Menus keeps the board tied to the menu your staff updates.

The useful answer

A menu board should behave like a menu

Static slides look fine until service starts. A live digital beer menu board lets staff mark an item sold out, change a price, or add the next keg without opening design software. Each Venue Menus screen has a private display address and can use its own orientation, menu, and schedule. The page refreshes its data automatically while preserving the venue's approved presentation.

01

Landscape and portrait

Choose the layout that fits the wall. Portrait screens use wider safe areas so names, details, and prices do not crowd the edges.

02

One list, multiple screens

Split a long list across screens or show a different scheduled menu in another room without maintaining duplicate beer data.

03

No proprietary screen contract

Use a modern TV browser or a connected device capable of opening a full-screen web page. Venue Menus charges for the service, not by screen.

One operating loop

Import. Review. Publish. Keep serving.

  1. 01
    Start with what you have

Bring Square, Untappd, a PDF, a photo, or a spreadsheet into a working venue preview.

  2. 02
    Review the real details

Confirm names, descriptions, prices, sizes, sections, and availability before anything goes live.

  3. 03
    Publish every format

Use the same approved tap list for TV, web, QR, embed, and print, then update it during service.

Questions, answered

Before you put it on the wall.

What hardware do I need?

You need a TV and a browser-capable smart TV or connected player with reliable internet. Venue Menus does not require proprietary display hardware.

Can one account run multiple TVs?

Yes. Unlimited TV screens are included, and each screen can have its own menu and orientation.

What happens when a beer sells out?

A staff member can mark it unavailable in Venue Menus. Published menus update from that shared availability state.
