Keep beer, coffee and drinks menus together across TV, web, QR, embed and print, with unlimited items and screens. Import Square or supported Untappd Business menus, or enter your own items. Reuse previous items, edit serving sizes, preview bulk price changes, duplicate menus and restore published versions as drafts. Weekly TV schedules include date exceptions, overlap review and temporary overrides. Pair and group screens, check player reports and request a reload from responsive players. A saved menu can cover temporary connection loss, with offline startup copies usable for up to 24 hours after an online load. Scheduling, team access, independent locations, single-page websites, Square sales reports, automatic Square synchronization and authorized Square scheduled discounts are Free. Keg tracking is also Free: update remaining volume manually without a POS, or authorize Square sales and map pour volumes for automatic deductions. Record replacements and corrections, and optionally show guests the estimated percentage left. Owners can record purchase costs and see estimated gross margins, excluding waste, discounts, taxes and overhead. No keg sensors are required. Optional creative tools use credits; branding removal is 500 credits once per account.

Venue websites support one free customer-owned subdomain per location; hosted menus retain venue-menus.com addresses. Shared chain master menus, guest ordering, payments and self-hosting are not available. Assisted translations use credits and require review. Consumer discovery, follower alerts and social publishing are not available. Events and specials can appear on your own menus.
